Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders within Canada typically arrive within 5–10 business days. US orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over a certain threshold. Check our current promotions for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada and to the United States. We're working on expanding to more regions soon!

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes. For US orders, duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please contact us at hello@themindfulmecompany.com to initiate a return.

How do I start an exchange?

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please reach out to our team and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect and process it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
